Oscar Guardiola-Rivera
Professor of International Law and Globalization, University of London



Oscar Guardiola-Rivera teaches international law and globalization at Birkbeck College, University of London.

He is recognized as a leading young voice on Latin American philosophy, law and politics.

Mr. Guardiola-Rivera has served as an aide to the Colombian congress and is the cofounder of a think tank devoted to politics, human rights and conflict resolution.

He is the author of "Being Against the World: Rebellion and Constitution."
