Ayesha Khanna and Parag Khanna
Co-Directors of the Hybrid Reality Institute



Ayesha and Parag Khanna are Co-Directors of the Hybrid Reality Institute, a research and advisory group focused on human-technology coevolution, geotechnology, and innovation.

Ms. Khanna also directs the Future Cities Group at the London School of Economics and is a faculty advisor of Singularity University. She is the author of Straight Through Processing for Financial Services (Academic Press, 2007) and The Second World: Empires and Influence in the New Global Order (Random House, 2008).

Mr. Khanna is a Senior Research Fellow at the New America Foundation and Visiting Fellow of LSE IDEAS, a research center for the study of international affairs, diplomacy and strategy at the London School of Economics. His previous book is How to Run the World: Charting a Course to the Next Renaissance (Random House, 2011).

Jointly, they wrote and published the e-book, Hybrid Reality: Thriving in the Emerging Human-Technology Civilization (TED Conferences, 2012).
