Paolo Paracchini is a legal consultant to Italian, American and English clients for contract negotiations, formation of equity joint ventures and other transactions in Italy and abroad. He has more than 30 years experience in facilitating international business transactions.

He began his career as an in-house counsel for Compagnia Generale di Elettricità SpA, an Italian affiliate of General Electric, in 1977.

Mr. Paracchini earned his law degree at the University of Bologna and holds a Bachelor's degree in international relations from Johns Hopkins University.
