Ulrike Guérot
Senior Transatlantic Fellow at the German Marshall Fund



Ulrike Guérot is the Senior Transatlantic Fellow at the German Marshall Fund. Formerly, she was Head of European Studies at the German Council on Foreign Relations, where her work is focused on the history, institutions and politics of the European Union.

She also taught at the political science department at Berlin's Humboldt University.

Dr. Guérot holds a Ph.D. in political science from the University of Münster.

She was an assistant professor at the Johns Hopkins University's Paul H. Nitze School for Advanced International Studies and worked with former EC President Jaques Delors at the Groupement d'Etudes et de Recherches Notre Europe in Paris.
