Angus Deaton
Dwight D. Eisenhower Professor of International Affairs, Princeton University



Angus Deaton is Dwight D. Eisenhower Professor of International Affairs at Princeton University and also serves as professor of Economics and International Affairs.

Mr. Deaton previously taught at Cambridge University and at the University of Bristol.

He was a corresponding Fellow of the British Academy, a Fellow of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences — and a Fellow of the Econometric Society.

Mr. Deaton received his Ph.D from Cambridge University in 1974.
