Ashutosh Sheshabalaya heads Europe-based IndiaAdvisory, which focuses on the interface between India and the West, especially the impact of India on world markets.
Mr. Sheshabalaya is the author of "Rising Elephant: The Growing Clash With India Over White-Collar Jobs and its Challenge to America and the World" (Common Courage Press, 2004), an analysis of India's emergence and its implications for the world.
Mr. Sheshabalaya has written over 80 studies for clients such as Dow Chemical, Ericsson, Fujitsu, GlaxoSmithKline, Johnson & Johnson, Reliance Industries, Rhone Poulenc — as well as the the European Commission, Invest in Sweden Agency and Frost & Sullivan.
He has also been a consultant for the Japanese government and PriceWaterhouse EC Services and head of the communications department at the European Federation of Pharmaceutical Industries.
He lives with his wife Ilse Noppen and son Ishan in Bassilly, Belgium.
