Kathryn Hauser

Kathryn Hauser is the former Deputy Assistant U.S. Trade Representative for Multilateral Negotiations.

She is currently the managing partner of Policy Connections International, LLC, a Washington-based external relations consulting firm providing services to governments, companies and non-profit organizations engaged in global commerce.

She serves as a trade advisor to the Global Business Dialogue and is an adjunct professor at the Washington Campus where she lectures on “Lobbying 101” and “International Business-Government Relations” to MBA students from a consortium of the world’s leading business schools.

She served as the U.S. Executive Director of the TransAtlantic Business Dialogue (2005-2012) and previously held senior positions at the Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers of America (PhRMA), the Information Technology Industry Council (ITI), a private investment advisory firm, and Bell Atlantic Corporation, now known as Verizon. She began her career at the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative and served as Deputy Assistant U.S. Trade Representative for Multilateral Negotiations.
