Will Wiseman is the Program Leader for Social Inclusion in Turkey, based in the World Bank Ankara Office. Prior to this Will worked in Africa and Latin America for the World Bank focusing on Social Protection.
He holds an Msc. In Economics from the London School of Economics and an MA in Economics from the University of Edinburgh.
