George Haley (PhD, University of Texas, Austin) has testified/presented on Chinese subsidies and business to the US-China Economic and Security Review Commission, US International Trade Commission, Connecticut Department of Economic and Community Development and National Intelligence Council/CIA.

He has over 150 publications /presentations including two best-selling books on Asian business, a leading business textbook, his latest book, Subsidies to Chinese Industry: State Capitalism, Business Strategy and Trade Policy (Oxford University Press, 2013) and articles in Harvard Business Review and Industrial Marketing Management.
