Anna Bulakh

Anna Bulakh is Senior Associate Research Fellow at the Center for Defense Studies in Kyiv, Ukraine.

She was formerly a Research Fellow at the International Center for Defense Studies, Tallinn, Estonia, where she led the energy security research program from 2013 to 2018.

Over the past decade, Ms. Bulakh has advised governments and state agencies extensively on energy security and resilience issues.

She is a graduate of the International Relations and European Integration program for future diplomats and civil servants at the Estonian School of Diplomacy. She holds a BA in economic theory and an MA in political science and international relations.
