Clifford Bob teaches comparative and international politics in Duquesne University’s Political Science Department and Graduate School of Social and Public Policy.

His research interests include globalization, social movements and human rights.

Currently, he is working on three projects: comparative examinations of blasphemy beyond borders, "conservative" transnational advocacy networks and newly emerging human rights issues.

He holds a Ph. D. from MIT, a J. D. from NYU and a B. A. from Harvard. In a previous incarnation, Mr. Bob worked as a lawyer in a large New York City law firm. Today, he lives near Pittsburgh with his wife and two children.
