Rudolfo Bogni

Investment banker and financial advisor

Rudolfo Bogni is a former Chief Executive of the Private Banking unit at UBS AG and a former member of the Group Executive Board of both UBS AG and its predecessor Swiss Bank Corporation. He also spent two years at the Centre for Quantitative Finance of the Imperial College in London.

He has worked for a number of banks over the years including Midland Bank Group and Chase Manhattan. He has lived in London, Greece, New York, Frankfurt, Milan and Wyoming, among other places.

Born in Italy in 1947, Mr. Bogni got his doctorate in Economics and Business Administration at Universita L. Bocconi in Milan in 1970. He speaks five languages, ranging from his native Italian to German, French, colloquial Greek and English. He is a regular contributor of articles to the Times Higher Education Supplement.

His board memberships include the board of Prospect Magazine. He is also the Chairman of the International Advisory Board of Oxford Analytica.

He has also been a guest speaker at hundreds of conferences organized by institutions as wide-ranging as the European Investment Bank, the National Black MBA Association in the United States, the Italian Banking Association or the Greek Confederation of Entrepreneurs.
