Simma Kupchan

Simma Kupchan is an attorney in the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s Office of General Counsel, where she focuses on Clean Water Act issues.

She previously worked at Oceana, a marine conservation non-profit. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Columbia College and a law degree from Georgetown University, where she edited the Georgetown International Environmental Law Review.

Originally from Philadelphia, she now resides in Washington, D.C., with her husband, Charlie.
