At The Globalist, we are looking for innovative and succinct writing on global issues, preferably in a comparative framework. Our trademark approach is to present “Global Pairings” – analyzing the world, two countries or regions at a time.
We are not interested in publishing articles with material or well-trodden arguments readily found elsewhere. Our emphasis is on presenting original (and often overlooked) angles that explore topics and issues which people have to contend with in different countries, societies, economies and cultures.
Along with our contributors, we seek to explore the continuously unfolding story of globalization in one daily installment at a time – preferably with a special or unusual twist.
Please note that, at this time, we are especially keen on hearing from women writers on subjects that matter to them and that perhaps do not get wide enough play in other fora.
