Paul Bernd Spahn is Professor Emeritus of Goethe University, Frankfurt am Main, Germany.

He has held several visiting professorships across the world, has published widely in scholarly and policy-oriented journals and has provided expert advice to many government and parliamentary organizations worldwide.

Mr. Spahn has worked with international organizations such as the IMF, World Bank, European Commission, United Nations, OECD, ECLAC and Council of Europe.
