Robert H. Dugger, Ph.D., is a venture capital investor, managing partner at Hanover Provident Capital and retired partner in the hedge fund Tudor Investment Corporation.

He co-founded ReadyNation and now chairs its Advisory Board. ReadyNation is the preeminent business leader organization working to strengthen business through better policies for children and youth.

Mr. Dugger is also the former board chairman of Singita-Grumeti Reserves, a Tanzanian wildlife conservation and tourism project that Travel & Leisure magazine ranks number one in the world.

Mr. Dugger began his career at the Federal Reserve Board in 1972, and in the 1980s served on the staffs of the House and Senate banking committees and the American Bankers Association.

From 1992 to 2009, he was a partner in Tudor Investment Corporation.

Mr. Dugger received his B.A. from Davidson College and his Ph.D. in economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill on a Federal Reserve Dissertation Fellowship.
